Join the Youth Leadership Program

All teens interested in the Youth Leadership Program need to complete the on-line registration form prior to attending their first meeting. This is true of both new and returning teens.

Parents need to complete the Consent Form, print it out and sign each section. The consent form may be scanned and emailed to (JavaScript must be enabled to view this email address) or given to IFA staff at the first attended YLP meeting.

All participants and their parents will be invoiced electronically. Payment is due upon receipt. For your convenience, payment may be made on-line using your credit card and following the link in the invoice or by check payable to INTERFAITH ACTION, INC. and mailed to PO Box 200, Sharon, MA 02067. ALL Youth Leadership Program Participants:

1. Complete the on-line registration form PRIOR to attending your first meeting.
2. Interfaith Action will invoice you for the annual fee once you are registered to participate. You may follow the link to pay on-line or send a check made payable to Interfaith Action, Inc. The fees this year are as follows: first teen $200; second teen $150; family maximum $450.
3. New this year, parents may fill in the forms on-line for the consent form, but signatures are required for each section in the signature boxes where indicated. The completed form must be printed and returned at the first attended meeting or scanned and e-mailed upon completion to office [AT] ifaction.org.
